Celebrate 10 years of Zuiderparktheater: this is what you will experience at the Hague open-air theatre this summer

In 2025, the Zuiderparktheater will be 10 years old. And we will celebrate it, all summer long. Expect sultry dance evenings, icons on stage, free children's activities and magical concerts in the greenery. From July to September, the Zuiderpark is the place where The Hague enjoys outdoor culture.

Big names in an intimate setting

This summer, we welcome top artists you normally see in big venues, but now in our intimate open-air setting. At 4 July bring Ellen ten Damme & Leo Blokhuis a musical ode to summer. And on 20 August celebrates Herman van Veen his 80th birthday with us under the stars.

Six weeks of free children's activities

The Holiday park is back from 21 July to 28 August. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, there is a free programme full of workshops, interactive art, theatre performances, sports and games. This year's theme: build together. To art, to memories, to your own summer.

Dancing under the stars

Fancy a party? Latin in the Park returns three times: 19 July, 8 August and 6 September. Retrieved from July 26 it is time for Mama Africa in the Park, with rousing Afrobeat and Amapiano. And it doesn't stop there: on 3 August, it celebrates The Hague African Festival the richness of African culture and music, and on 17 August it pops Hague Beat Festival with local beats, live acts and DJs into the park. Put on your dancing shoes and celebrate summer with us on the island.

Symphony in the Park

Get carried away by outdoor orchestral music. Symphony in the Park offers four special evenings: the Summer Orchestra (July 30), Young Metropole (August 6), the Residentie Orkest (23 August) and a grand final concert featuring Shirma Rouse, the Orchestra of the Royal Air Force and Gospel Choir ZO! (September 18).

And then there's also... Zuiderpark Live

It also promises to be a top season for Zuiderpark Live, Greenhouse Talent's concert series. Big names such as Spinvis, Chef'Special, Franz Ferdinand, Danny Vera, Eefje de Visser and the festival Once in a Blue Moon complete the summer party.
