Cooperation partners:
Minimahulp070
Minimahulp070 is a private initiative which was set up through Facebook. It aims to combat poverty. They do this through: Collecting food for food parcels, providing emergency parcels to families who have run out of food, providing cakes for children's birthdays (up to 18 years) and special birthdays, such as 40 or 50 years, providing children's treats for school, providing birthday presents, providing a present when a child is invited to a party, providing Saint Nicholas presents and making Christmas parcels. Minimahulp070 depends entirely on donations and is managed by three people.
Repair Café
In the Netherlands, we throw away an awful lot. Even things with almost nothing wrong with them. After a simple repair, they are usable again. Unfortunately, for many people, repair is no longer in the system. People no longer know how to do it. Repair knowledge quickly disappears. The Repair Café changes that! https://www.repaircafedenhaag.nl/
The Animal Food Bank D.G.B.
"Where a regular food bank stops, we continue". The Animal Food Bank D.G.B. (the filled tummies) was founded in February 2020, because Michael Eijssink (founder) increasingly saw the trend of people being unable to support their beloved pet. Meanwhile, he and his team provide food to around 200 pets completely selflessly. Call! Lately, more and more subscriptions have been coming in, so they are looking for new volunteers ánd a bigger location. They currently operate from a garage box but they are growing out of it. Would you like to roll up your sleeves or do you know a good location? Get in touch! The foundation depends on donations. In many cases, they still fall short of providing all the animals with food, as well as other items. Check https://dierenvoedselbankdgb.nl/ to see how you can contribute.

Sparkle in Style's apprenticeship project is "Appearance Care" and no fewer than six young talents will be manning our dressing rooms during Summer Café XL.
