Middelburg singer-songwriter Danny Vera has been writing songs about life, love and death since he was a teenager. Danny scored in 2019 with the song Roller Coaster a dyke of a hit and was simultaneously taken to heart by the whole of the Netherlands. The song broke through the 100 million streams mark last year. Roller Coaster even came at 1 in the 2020 Top 2000 and has since become a fixture at the top of the popular chart.

Anyone who thinks Danny is resting on his laurels now, however, is wrong. Music is in his blood, and that blood creeps where it cannot go. American country, blues and rock 'n' roll is in it and came out in form of his latest album DNA.

Positioned as a tattooed, gentle outsider, Danny Vera sold out the Ziggo Dome three times, among others, and has an annual series of solo concerts at the Oostkerk church in Middelburg. In addition, it is impossible to imagine Dutch theatres without Danny. With this new open-air show, he will go big musically! Together with his fantastic band, he will perform the music from his beloved albums.
