About Us
Zuiderparktheater is The Hague's summer theatre! The open-air theatre is like an uninhabited island in the middle of the green oasis of the Zuiderpark. The theatre is located in the largest district of The Hague: Escamp. Extra special: the theatre is largely run by over 100 enthusiastic volunteers and a small core team.
From May to September, there is plenty going on in and around our theatre. From international artists on stage at Zuiderpark Live, festivals such as Haagse Beat, a summer concert by the Residentie Orkest and sultry Latin in the Park. During the summer holidays, the six-week Holiday Park has been a fixture for three years now! For the Escamp district, we open our gates wide with various social 'Achtertuin' activities such as Zomercafé.
