Undisputed one of the world's most talented musical minds is coming to Zuiderpark. A pioneering 'Classical Soul' sound has influences from Bach and Debussy to Hollywood, gospel and beyond. Alexis Ffrench appeals to young and old alike. And proves that the classical music genre is alive, evolving and accessible to all. Please note this concert is seated.

Zuiderpark Live: K's Choice

K'S CHOICE - Friday, August 23
We are writing the year 1992 when Sam and Gert Bettens sign their first record deal and 1993 when their debut album is released. The Great Subconscious Club was an instant hit, followed by even bigger album classics like Paradise in Me, Cocoon Crash and Almost Happy. On Friday 23 August, they will play an anniversary concert 'Time is a parasite' where they will revisit all the highlights.

Symphony in the Park summer concert - Residentie Orkest

RESIDENCE ORKEST - Summer concert: Symphony in the park
Immerse yourself in an enchanting evening of music and love, embraced by the city. Take a seat in the park among your fellow city dwellers, and discover how light-hearted, dramatic and flirtatious classical music can be. This year's Zuiderpark Summer Concert is all about romance and drama. Tchaikovsky wrote his Overture fantasy about the most famous love couple in the world: Romeo and Juliet. A melody you can drown in. Furthermore, you can dream away to Dvořák's Dances from Galanta and Carnival. This evening, conductor Kerem Hasan connects generations and musical styles under the sultry Hague summer sky.
