The Zuiderpark Holiday Park team has been nominated for the 2021 volunteer awards! During the summer months, this team entertained some 3,500 children from The Hague in The Hague's most enjoyable holiday park. With theatre, games, crafts, sports, games and workshops, children from Stadsdeel Escamp enjoyed culture in the open air. Many faces were seen multiple times. The award ceremony will be shown on 11 December from 18.30 onwards via the website denhaagdoet.nl and can be seen and heard via Den Haag TV / Den Haag FM. The volunteers will follow this from home via Zoom together. The Zuiderparktheater, the only open-air theatre in South Holland, has a small team of its own and also some 85 volunteers. The Hague Volunteer Awards are an initiative of Den Haag Doet and Gemeente Den Haag.
