The volunteers of the Zuiderparktheater have been nominated no less than 3 times for a Hague Volunteer Award. The municipality awards this prize every year to individual volunteers, teams and organisations. This year, the theatre's 100 volunteers received no less than three nominations. A huge appreciation for the team!
The Hague open-air theatre runs almost entirely on volunteers. This year, it welcomed 30,000 visitors, 5,000 of whom were children during the Holiday Park. The theatre had two nominations for its volunteer teams. 1 for the Holiday Park team in the Youth & Development category, 1 for the theatre team in the Culture category.
The entire organisation also received a nomination. On Saturday 19 November, it will be announced who takes home the prizes. It is a jury award, no voting is possible.
